SALES EXCELLENCE MANAGER (M/W/D)

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Margin

  • Support the development and implementation of pricing frameworks and governance (e.g. price corridors, margins, discount structures)
  • Analyse margin development across products and customers and highlight areas for improvement
  • Prepare and support pricing reviews and price increase initiatives

Pipeline & KPIs

  • Take ownership of the monthly path-to-target and pipeline reporting
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across regions
  • Translate data into structured insights to support decision-making
  • Track key KPIs such as conversion rates, time to close, and pipeline coverage

Sales Effectiveness

  • Monitor sales productivity KPIs (e.g. margin development, product mix, individual pipeline coverage)
  • Support the development of tools, templates, and sales processes
  • Identify best practices and contribute to their implementation across regions

Your Profile

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Sales analytics
    • Commercial excellence
    • Consulting
    • Finance
  • Experience in a B2B industrial environment is considered an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Business fluent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (required), including:
    • Pivot tables
    • Complex formulas
    • Data modelling
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong focus on execution
