SALES EXCELLENCE MANAGER (M/W/D)
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Margin
- Support the development and implementation of pricing frameworks and governance (e.g. price corridors, margins, discount structures)
- Analyse margin development across products and customers and highlight areas for improvement
- Prepare and support pricing reviews and price increase initiatives
Pipeline & KPIs
- Take ownership of the monthly path-to-target and pipeline reporting
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across regions
- Translate data into structured insights to support decision-making
- Track key KPIs such as conversion rates, time to close, and pipeline coverage
Sales Effectiveness
- Monitor sales productivity KPIs (e.g. margin development, product mix, individual pipeline coverage)
- Support the development of tools, templates, and sales processes
- Identify best practices and contribute to their implementation across regions
Your Profile
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Sales analytics
- Commercial excellence
- Consulting
- Finance
- Experience in a B2B industrial environment is considered an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Business fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills (required), including:
- Pivot tables
- Complex formulas
- Data modelling
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights
- Structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong focus on execution
