Sales Support Pharma (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you are directly interacting with the sales manager and members of the distribution team to support customer relationship management. You are responsible to address customers’ requests, specifically related to pre- and after support around order management and therefore actively contribute to customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you are equally supporting in other commercial duties and will experience increasing responsibility.

• Customer inquiry service regarding quotations, pricing, leadtimes and availability, product documentation with on-time response
• Project management concerning streamlining processes and support of the sales team
• Proactive communication with sales and account managers on customer-related support topics
• Execution of master data management for customer pricing for Pharmaceuticals Europe
• Support function to order management to clarify customer inquiries and orders
• Monitoring open orders to secure OTIF shipment on a regular basis
• Manage distribution platforms

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Chemistry or Pharmaceuticals field
• Professional experience in Customer Service / Sales Assistant, work experience in the food ingredients or pharmaceutical industry are an advantage
• Business fluent English language skills and equally fluent language skills in one additional European language, preferably German, French or Italian
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner
• Excellent communication skills, experience in working both autonomously, as well as in a team
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, experience in dealing within a CRM and/or ERP system, e.g. Oracle or SAP, are preferred
