For our IT department we are currently looking for an

IT PROJECT COORDINATOR (M/F/D)

Type of job: Part-time, 19.5 hours/week
Availability: Immediately
Job location: Cologne office
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively manage a future-oriented IT project among internal and external participants
  • Break down IT complexity and inspire people with high as well as low IT affinity
  • Communication of project goals to multinational stakeholders
  • Translate strategic goals into concrete operational requirements
  • Support the future IT-based business model creation

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. Qualifications

  • A successfully completed degree in computer science or IT-related studies
  • Fluent in English (B2/C1 level)

2. Skills

  • Ability to communicate IT technologies and matters to different types of stakeholders
  • Well-organized and structured, independent and priority-oriented way of working
  • Communicative skills allowing to inspire people
  • Supportive attitude and a high level of customer and service orientation

3. Experience

  • Ideally already some practical working experience in the field of IT
  • Ideally a completed Project Management training

4. Requirements

  • A currently valid residence and work permit for Germany
  • Physical presence in the Cologne office
